My goal is to empower you to take your health and wellness into your own hands; it’s for you to create an embodied health, one where you can learn to feel how your body is operating and how to come closer to living harmoniously with yourself. I want to educate you so that, over time, you may not need further sessions. The services below draw upon my training and are what can be offered to you in a session. Sessions can include a blend of these services depending on what you would like to focus on. Prices start at $80 for a one-hour session but vary depending on location (Buffalo, Hamburg, Web Conference, or I travel to you) and length of the session. Reach out below for more information.

Yoga as Therapy – We’ve all heard, yoga is good for low back pain, asthma, anxiety, depression, etc. The list goes on and on, but there are so many types of yoga classes and techniques available these days; just going to a class might not deal with your health needs sufficiently. Yoga as therapy sessions involve finding the right techniques (asana or poses, breath work, meditation, relaxation, and more) to help improve your health.

Private Yoga – Experienced yogi who wants to deepen their practice? New to yoga but hesitant to attend group classes? Tired of going to group classes where your questions are unanswered and you don’t get the attention you need to progress? Private yoga sessions function more as educational yoga experiences rather than an instructor lead class or flow. Learn about the anatomy and alignment of poses, advance your pranayama and breathwork practice, enhance your connection with the subtle energies of yoga, work with mudras and mantras, or deepen your meditation practices. Private yoga sessions are tailored to you and what you want to work on in.

Corrective Exercise – Nagging joint pain? Slumping posture? Getting ready to have surgery or coming out of Physical Therapy? Trying to avoid injury? Want help with pain relief, posture, pre/post-surgery conditioning, post-physical therapy exercise, or injury prevention? Strengthening, stretching, and conditioning can help you achieve pain relief, move more fluidly, and help you feel better overall. I will work with you to create an exercise program that aligns with your goals.

Exercise as Medicine – Exercise can help manage disease states including cardiovascular issues, diabetes, obesity, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. As an American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist, I can help you create exercise plans to get your health back in your hands.

Ergonomics Assessment – Typically, a third of our day is spent at work. When we perform repetitive tasks, poor ergonomic setup can lead to injuries. Ergonomic assessments can help you situate your workspace and movements to be in harmony with better body mechanics.
