Yoga Therapy for Depression

I worked with Steve for about 6 months to help with depression and low energy. Over that time, I experienced a huge change. I now use my practices for maintenance of the progress I made working with Steve. Steve is professional and compassionate and clearly has an extensive background with his own yoga practices. Talking about depression and my mental health background can be really uncomfortable. But Steve was easy to talk to and he really listened to my thoughts and concerns. The process felt very collaborative and that made it easy to commit to the practices and make them a part of my life. Having these yoga skills and tools to use independently is empowering. Through yoga therapy, Steve helped me heal myself. Six months later, my depression is much more manageable. And I have energy again to be able to do things I love like hiking with my dog and working out in the gym. Now it feels like I have the momentum to keep going and keep improving. Thank you Steve!
